It is rather difficult to give an educated opinion, as it is the first encounter. However, Brad, the owner, was polite, careful of my belongings, and seemed very efficient. I am impressed with the fact he will only have to enter my house once a year; the remainder of the year he will operate outside. The success will be if I see no more unwanted pests. He did tell me if I should have any problems, I should call him immediately. I also found the cost to be very fair.

I had a wonderful experience with Outsmart Pest Management. Mr. Benson called within minutes of my leaving a message, and since he happened to be in the neighborhood as I was speaking with him, he came straight over to service my home. <br />He was kind, informative, and very reasonably priced. I will highly recommend Outsmart Pest Management to others.

Kudos to Outsmart Pest Management. I was having a problem with ants around and in my home. Thanks to Brad this problem seems to have subsided. He was very friendly, knowledgable, and professional. He went the extra mile to point out and correct other problems. The price was very reasonable for services provided. Thanks Brad.

They sprayed around the home exterior and specifically in the kitchen due to a ghost ant problem. It took about three days for the spraying to take effect, but we haven't had any issues sice then (about two months ago). The price was favorable as well, compared to similar services in our area (land O' Lakes, FL).
